Seafood is one of the most challenging types of foods to prepare on a grill-or so some folks think! As in all of our classes you'll learn some of the basics of grilling techniques as in food preparation, sanitation, food safety and final presentation.

Of course, in this 1 1/2 hour class we'll also teach you how to prepare succulent, tasty seafoods from the deep. The menu includes:

All of these dishes sound fancy but you'll be surprised how easy they really are to prepare on your grill.
Bring your appetitie because you'll not only learn how to prepare these dishes, you'll get to sample them as well. We call them "samples" but no one leaves hungry! Price includes a take-home menu of what was prepared plus a shopping list of all items necessary. Also included are soft drinks and either two beer or wine tickets with each registration. In some classes we have a local winery present to give samples and suggest pairings of their wines with certain foods.
The classes are taught by a professional chef who as years of experience in cooking all sort of dishes on the grill. You'll learn techniques and grilling secrets from a professional!
Be prepared to come and have a great time as well as learning some new tips and cooking techniques on your gas or charcoal grill.
