As in all of our 1 1/2 hour classes you'll learn some of the basics of grilling techniques as in food preparation, sanitation, food safety and final presentation. In this class you'll also learn some new ways to prepare some of the American classics like burgers, steaks and grilled chicken-but with a few new twists!

Sign up for this class and have a great time learning how easy and tasty American grilled classics. Class sizes are limited so you'll have a good time and plenty of opportunity to ask questions and interact with our personal chef and instructor.
Price includes a take-home menu of what was prepared plus a shopping list of all the items necessary. You'll also receive samples of all of the food, (no one goes home hungry) soft drinks, bottled water and either two beer or wine tickets are also included with each registration. Plus there are special one-night-only discounts to class attendees.
Be prepared to come and have a great time as well as learning some new tips and cooking techniques on your gas or charcoal grill.
