Chef Will Springfield has had extensive experience in front of audiences. He is quite a showman in the kitchen as well as on a stage. His formal training includes such exclusive schools as the Culinary Institute of America; Hyde Park, NY, Tante Marie's Cooking School; San Francisco, and six schools in Europe in five different countries including Encoles Lenotre in France.
